Our Mission

The Society of Law Students (“SLS”) is a student organization that works to enhance the education and experience of TRU Law students. Our mission is to provide students with resources and services that will assist in producing socially conscious and capable legal professionals.

Built on three governing principles, the SLS is comprised of over 300 highly passionate individuals. Through events, workshops, and networking opportunities, our goals are to:

• Facilitate the professional and personal development of our students;

• Deepen our relationships with other legal institutions across Canada;

• Ensure that the needs of the students are being met by the Faculty and administration.
